The influx of catalogs has begun to arrive in my mailbox. Catalogs like Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel and Williams Sonoma go straight to Chris' mail pile as I can't stand to see how expensive most things are and he loves to envision a life that could afford those items.. All of the other catalogs go into a pile for me and I do read most of them before tossing them into recycling. Titles like Colorful Images, Hannah Anderson (pricey but worth it), Lilian Vernon and the Right Start are more along the lines of ones I read. Of course, my mind automatically thinks about the VERY waited for baby. Not just the usual 40 weeks baby. The long term wait baby. What about the IVF baby? The adopted baby? The 5th time is a charm baby? No matter how long the wait, what an adorable gift. If it was long sleeved and long legged, I'd order it for Mr. Bec. The weather is cold here now, and I'm not sure he'll fit into a 24 month by next summer. Especially with it being 100% cotton, which I never seem to be able to judge the post wash size of. But I might just take the risk. Or ask his Mema and Papa for it. When I really start talking myself into it, I tell myself that he is on the small side of the charts!
