I'm following in the blogging footsteps on Jan Baker in her wish to you all for a Happy New Year, one day late. To read her post, click

In my last post, I let you all know about the move of the fertility blog over to it's own site, which can be reached through www.fertilityblogs.com The move has been a tad slower than any of us could have expected, so I'm still here! I will probably be over there starting on Wednesday or Thursday, so keep checking back if you can. Since I won't be able to let you know that I've actually moved, you'll have to come and find me.
Blogging over here for the past 7 months has been more than a blast than I could have imagined. Especially being a new mom to adoption, it has been great to have this outlet to express my feelings and to explore different views of adoption with everyone else. The fertility aspect has had me learning from the get go. Especially in the science fields I have learned that there is research going on and new treatments being developed regularly. Every day I feel more hopeful that infertility can be "cured" in every man and woman who experiences it.

It is going to be very difficult for me to write in a fertility only format. Having the adoption safety net has been great to allow me to have a huge range in my posts. I think that I am up to the challenge of tailoring my posts more to fertility issues. We'll see how I do!
Again, thanks for the past several months of reading and sharing. How could I be so lucky to have a job that I enjoy so much?
Happy New Year and then some!
